Dreadful service from the Earl Shilton branch of this company. To date it has taken nine months to administer a simple estate (two bank accounts and a house) which was covered by a valid, straightforward will. Staff are incompetent, careless, lazy, uncommunicative and arrogant, and have no regard whatsoever for the client. Avoid this company at all costs.
