Bad service. Poor fitting. Unbeatable price but rubbish quality. When you call them back to solve a problem it takes forever. Fitters are clueless!
They did double glazing on our house and we've had to call them back for several problems, including poorly fitted doors moving in the frame. Scratched window frames. Wrong handles. All sorts!
