Personally I wouldn't give any stars. You wait 2 weeks for him to arrive and get nothing but grumpy and rude behaviour. If you like service with a grimace, Keith is your man but I'd personally look elsewhere. Gets upset and storms away from the job when asked to remove boots before walking on new carpet.
