Horrific company to deal with. Wood is poor quality and not dry so it smokes badly and smoulders as oppose to burning. Delivery was bad but the customer service chap's attitude was disgraceful and shocking. Rude doesn't even begin to describe it, and after being told my complaint was 'too much hassle' he put the phone down on me. Truly appalling.
