Poor response to concerns raised about time-scales for replacement wheelchair. Seem reluctant to provide me with information about complaints or appeals regarding the process. Meanwhile mum of 83 has no wheelchair and therefore no access to outdoors.
Been having to push my 26 year old son about in his heavy chair even though i've had a stroke because there is no emergency out of hours service despite what it says on the website.
