FGS Furnishings Ltd in Sleaford

Really poor returns policy. We received a pillow described as thin which turn out to be huge. Returned same day. FGS refused refund after 5 weeks stating tag had been removed. They were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue.

Please use John Lewis they are much easier to deal with and you get a service. I would never use this company again..
