These guys use to be a lot better but as they grew in the late years, they are becoming more and more common. I only wanted a spare registration plate but they want only driver license or utility bill along the V5 as apparently that is what dvla told them, obviously wrong as dvla clearly states that bank statement is also enough as proof of address. Another recent issue is that even if stated that they are open until 5 or 5:30 in other places the doors were locked on 2 different occasions at half 4 and 20 minutes to 5. If they keep going like that they will not have anything special and loose business rather than grow.
