Proper Geeks in Wallasey

I recently had an old Tower computer 'die' on me, and went to Proper Geeks to see if they could save my documents and the rest. The Tower was beyond repair, but they offered me a replacement, and also promised to save my stuff to the new - reconditioned - one.

An efficient young man was sent out with the HP tower, and he fitted it up for me, and promised to return should I have any problems. All this for a very reasonable price.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Proper Geeks. It is reassuring to know they are local and so extremely knowledgeable. My system has never run better, and I cannot recommend them too highly.

WOW! What a fantastic and enterprising business. The young lad (well young to me!) who owns the shop, Christopher Williams, was very professional and knowledgeable indeed. He showed my wife how to use her printer, gave me some good advice on transferring photos and got our emails going again after a long outage. We've used the little one man band businesses all over the Wirral but we've never come across anything as well run as this business is run. Well done to Chris the owner, Ross the assistant and Corey the apprentice. We will be back!

I have a very old but loved HP Pavilion desktop but it was just getting so slow I could wait half an hour to load some software, so driving me crazy. My laptops are great but I do prefer a desktop for working my business. Called Proper Geeks, they came out very quickly and checked if it could be upgraded but it really was well past that date having been upgraded over and over. They recommended a made to order desktop to my specifications with their advice and now for less than a few hundred pounds I have a brilliant, super fast pc, mammoth hard disk and life is so much easier. I had used Proper Geeks several times for smaller repairs etc and always found them very speedy in their dealings and helpful. I have been using propergeeks for many years. I know the lads well. They are polite and professional while maintaining great service. I recently took my old HP laptop into them, they speeded it up and at a good price.
