St Helens Gas Ltd in Sutton Manor, St. Helens

You fitted a combi boiler for me in July 2007, & I have been having problems with it since December 2013 (water dripping from the boiler). I got British Gas in to service it & was told the boiler was too old & they couldn't get replacement parts. The problem has steadily got worse so I've had another Gas Engineer to look at it & he tells me the boiler is at least 9-10 old. Why did you sell me a boiler that was already 3 years old? I now have to buy a replacement boiler!
