The windows and doors look good but as time goes on and you start having problems getting anyone to answer the phone or return your calls is impossible. We've never received a written guarantee and lost count of how many times we asked for one.

Turned up numerous times early in morning and evening at my house prior to work commencing, Mark had forgotten which windows I wanted, and then forgot to order door. When door was fitted it was a different one to what I had actually ordered!
Appalling after care service.
Has not supplied any guarantees despite assuring us he would prior to installation of windows and doors. Refuses to answer any text messages, phone calls, letters from my myself, solicitor and Certas.
There are now issues with numerous windows, but he refuses to answer. Avoid at all costs. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Stay well clear. Good price, but quality is noticeably poor after only a few months. This company doesn't have a voicemail and despite being available immediately when you need a quote, they conveniently don't answer the phone when you have a problem further down the line.
