This builder carried out a complete renovation of my mother-in-laws terrace house at a cost of £125, 000. 00. Yes the work looked professional but now the roof is leaking and he in not honouring his 10yr guarentee, which started leaking two yrs ago. Please think before you part with your money. This builder is not returning my messages even after I spoke to him face to face and he promised he would take a look.
