Apple Doctor in Feltham

I took my macbook pro to Apple Doctor because I had some problem with its display and he was the closest one around. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The good part:
- the guy is very friendly
- he has fixed my macbook pro
The bad part:
- it cost much more than his original estimation
- my macbook pro was full of scratches when he gave it back to me
- he has lost some of the original screws of the bottom cover and replaced it with bulky ones which stick out from the cover. When I mentioned it him he said he would send me the screws, but never did. He doesn't even answer to any of my emails anymore.
- he stores the computers at the back of his house right next to the washing machine. They were basically laying on the ground on each other, I was shocked to see it.
