29 Aug 2014 - Avoid this company they are negligent and untrustworthy. Order No. 49367 : Lost a bespoke seat cushion and cover and then reneged on agreement to make things right, now 3 months. This company is nothing but a burden and cause of much misery and inconvenience. Reasonable attempt to try and find solution but they now just ignore our emails. Avoid!
