Roseland Dry Cleaners in Old Windsor, Windsor

I dry clean my sweater, and this shop has damaged it. And the staff who received the sweater when I brought it informed the owner that my shirt was not the same after the invasion, the owner just blamed my sweater quality that it was before bringing it and evaded the responsibility to damage it. She has threatened to bring me to court if I dare to tell anyone this. When I spoke to her at the 1st time on phone she just doesn’t want to talk to me, she keeps saying “i hang off now” how’s rude customer service is that? I both lost money and threatened and my shirt was damaged I couldn't wear it. I still want to warn everyone not to be like me.
