Cat's Whiskers in Finchampstead, Wokingham

Awful experience. This cattery does not look after your cats properly. We took our own food in for them to use as one of cats has ibd. They did not use our food or provide his medication which has resulted in him being very poorly. All of our cats were not left water to drink and became very dehydrated, all of them have lost 1/2 kilo in weight from a 12 day stay!
When we spoke to the owner about it he became very rude and aggressive and marched us of the premises! He admitted that he is not licensed and in my opinion should not be trading.

Needs to be shut down, almost killed our cats as dehydrated due to no water supplied, one of our cats has lost 6 kg while visiting for 10 days. The owner is aggressive and UNlicensed. Now reported to RSPCA. Never use again.
