Nairn Healthcare Group in Nairn

I write this review with a sense of frustration and disappointment. My frustration comes from dealing with the public interface system which the Nairn Healthcare group has in place to deal with patients' access to doctors. My disappointment is in seeing a public service which has been friendly and accessible become so daunting that people who are ill and vulnerable feel reluctant to approach a doctor for help and advice.
