I look forward to working with you. I am an Alexander Technique Teacher, CranioSacral Therapist and Chartered Phyisiotherapist. I work at two private clinics in East Yorkshire, one in Wilberfoss and the other in Market Weighton. Both are within easy reach of York, Beverley, Hull and surrounding villages. If you are curious about the Alexander Technique yet not sure if you want to try individual lessons I hold regular introductory workshops on the Technique. I also work in the NHS as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Chronic Pain Management.
