Kemp Developments Ltd are a family firm of professional builders & contractors. We have been constructing award winning, high quality buildings in East Yorkshire & Holderness for over 43 years.
We are committed to constructing quality buildings; as such we are long standing members of the Federation of Master Builders and the NHBC. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been recognized by several groups over recent years who have given us many awards for our work.
Houses, extensions and barn conversions have always been a large part of our work; in fact we have constructed over 1000 new houses, hundreds of domestic extensions and dozens of barn conversions & apartments - we therefore feel we have a wealth of experience we can bring to any residential project.
As well as residential work, we are also experienced in fire & flood insurance work, grant work, commercial and retail refurbishment – in fact our commercial projects have been as diverse as a Town Hall and even a Zoo! While we have the knowledge and experience to undertake large projects, please do not think we do not welcome smaller jobs too – our “small works” page shows some of our simpler projects such as landscaping, driveways, new windows & doors and alterations.
