I found them difficult to deal with. They made a mistake in drafting a policy for me. In fact they put the wrong name on it. Took several phone calls to them to get this corrected.

They insisted that I had to speak to the particular employee who initially dealt with me and she was seldom available. When I sold the house insured they promised me a partial refund. It took them over a month to issue this. I dread to think what problem I might have had if I had needed to make a claim. I will certainly have no further dealings with this company.
