I've been going into your shop for many years never again to be spoken to by the old lady ..and treated awfully, as been on fb and been told by so many people how rude and ignorant this women is always on the phone leaving u stood waiting I went into the shop last week waited outside in the cold my turn gave her my cards to pay my bills, she insulted me saying stand aside while inserve the people behind me, I said no way I'm next you cannot treat people like this ..move away she said waving her hands, with then 4 or more people in the shop, whom she wonted to serve before me, why!!! I asked reply was I dont earn money off bills, but I was also getting my weekly magazines paper, she was so rude I wonted to cry .on been on fb so many have since said about her been horrible and rude to them ..her sons are so differant caring and polite. I've used this shop before she even took over say well over 30 years, what a nasty women I will never walk in there again, as a few people have also said the same, small shops needs our supports during this bad time, she will not be getting mine thank you..im one very upset lady.
