Have used Dave before and just used him again today for a landlords safety check.
Boiler was condemned yesterday by another plumber which I thought was odd, so called Dave for a second opinion as I know he knows his stuff about boilers.
Turns out the boiler was fine after a few tweaks by him and safety certificated cert re-issued.
Fantastic! Yesterday I was looking at a £2000 bill for a new boiler, which, I really did not want a week after xmas, but ended up costing next to nothing in comparison for the service which he did next day.
I know this sounds like an advert but I will be using him from now on. Nice guy too.
