Noble Standard Electrical in Bedlington
My boyfriend recently contacted John from Noble Standard Electrical. He turned up 4 hours late to provide us with an estimate. We liked the price and he seemed to know what he was talking about so we went ahead and booked him. We received a date for the work to be carried out which would take roughly 6 hours. I took time off work and arranged a babysitter. Nobody turned up. Eventually we contacted John who said he didnt promise to be there that day but would try!! Next day comes and 2 of his lads turned up 2 hours late. They were untidy and had an unprofessional manner. They started work, worked for about an hour then went to get some parts, they came back 3 hours later, worked for another hour then left saying they would be back tomorrow. They came back the next day 3 hours late this time, did some work, left for some more parts, this time they were only away 2 hours. They did some more work then left. They had to come back a third day to finish off. Same scenario as before. When they were finished we paid them in cash, we were given no receipt. We had problems straight away with the fuses tripping a lot. We couldn't get in touch with John so we contacted another electrician who turned up promptly. He was shocked at the work. There was loose wiring in nearly everything they did.
