Christina has been a counsellor and psychotherapist since 1987. She is experienced and qualified to work with individuals and couples. As well as her private practice, Christina has worked in statutory mental health services for more than 25 years. Her way of working is integrative, although she does use a psychodynamic model to help inform her work. That means, briefly, making sense of who we are today by looking back at other significant relationships and events that have shaped us. Christina is an Accredited Member of BACP, which means that she adheres to their Code of Ethics. In addition, Christina is also a supervisor of other counsellors and psychotherapists, and a trainer of counsellors and group facilitator
