Harley's in Brecon

terrible experience with this furniture store, the staff are very unprofessional and seem very confused when it came to my order, I waited over two months for the furniture, when I finally received furniture there was an item missing, I then had to wait another two weeks for the missing item with no apologies or phone calls, I then had to go to the store for a refund which I finally got from the owner "Jerry" who was very rude and aggressive towards me!
