Phoenix Community Health Project is a charity based in Greenock West End which offers emotional support to Greenock and the surrounding Inverclyde area. We pride ourselves in our ground breaking “Safe Harbour” model which promotes a “different thinking” approach for our service users, to aid, encourage and support them as much as possible. We offer a wide variety of services from one to one counselling to guided meditation, and have a great team of staff and volunteers who will try to help you in any way we can. Whether you or someone close to you is suffering from anxiety, depression or stress, or just need someone to chat to or a safe place to come and gather your thoughts – we at Phoenix are here to offer personalised support and guidance and strive to offer an alternative route to emotional healing.
