September Books has responded admirably to an unfortunate situation whereby a book posted to me did not arrive. Their response has been prompt and considerate. It seems the culprit is Royal Mail and I have received a refund. Regrettably, I cannot award 5 starts as I have not received the book. Customer care is excellent.
