If you are looking for a company that treats regular customers as assets and understands what good customer service is then look elsewhere.
As a regular user I sent my additional puppy for which I was previously quoted the cost. It turned out 3 times the quote! I was accused of negotiating and she didnt like my attitude plus person who gave quote was not authorised to do so
