If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and even just acceptable level of cleaning then DO NOT go to Neil Forbes. Having reliably paid for the cleaning, it was more than obvious areas of the house had been completely left (photos taken demonstrating the less than poor standards). On 2 separate and consecutive weeks nobody turned up without any prior communication to advise there was a problem. Neil himself is rude and sent threatening messages accusing us of not paying when we have clear evidence on our bank account of transfer of the payments. Sadly the other reviews online are in keeping with our experience and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
