Kim's Ironing Parlour in Romford

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH IRONING - Ironing must have been done by a trained chimpanzee. Used to be okay but the last 4 times the quality of the ironing had deteriorated. Told/showed the driver when they collected the last couple of times but there was no improvement. As an example, there were 8 separate creases ironed into one side of a shirt collar, big diagonal creases across the back of blouses and shirts and round wet patches with a bluish tint on the front of 3 tops (which washed out okay). Poorly ironed, needed to go over again myself. On the last occasion I told the driver if it came back as bad again, I would not use them again. When I checked the ironing the men's shirt collars were good but the rest of the blouses collars and T Shirts were just as bad ad previously. I rang the office to advise and was told she had personally checked the ironing and it was fine. She probably just checked the mens collars (which they had made some effort on), Made to feel like a liar. Will never use them again.
