New owner. Refurbished downstairs. Two other customers eating. Two staff. No service for ten minutes. Then a man in a filthy stained top took the order. No cutlery offered to go with the food. All the service was poor to match the food. Toilets clean but no soap or hand wash. It used to be very good, not now. Walk next door.
