Jones & Co in Ilford

Bought a car from these guys a few years ago and have had trouble finding them online to write a bad review. After buying the car there was a damp smell, we were told it had be valeted and would go once it had aired out, it didn't, there was a significant leak inside the car. We were told the car had never been in an accident and yet once an official Renault dealer looked over it, the car had be sprayed and had various parts replaced. They couldn't fix the driver side electric window despite promises they would do that. The man that sold us the car was probably one of the most appalling men I have ever met. I would love to speak to him on the phone but they don't seem to like talking?
