Jackie's Tailoring and Alterations in Warfield, Bracknell

Awful experience and customer service, completely messed up what I thought was a simple request of sewing a belt onto my wedding dress which came back completely wonky. Nobody can believe how bad it is, along side. This my wedding dress has come back with a stain on it and the 2 flower girl dresses which were being shortened were completely the wrong length. And refused a full refund only to re-do the dresses this is the biggest day and dress of my life and all faith was lost to leave it with her again! This made worse by the rudeness I have had as a result of my complaint... wish I could attach a picture to show just how bad this work was anyone unqualified could have done a better job!
