Spokes is a charity that repairs and recycles bicycles. They are also a training unit for young people with learning disabilities. Trainees are encouraged to take part in tasks that need to be done in the workplace. These can include fixing a puncture, cleaning a bike, customer service and housekeeping. Each person is individual and we tailor our support around that to reinforce success in the workplace.
