I have given UPVC Care & Repair 1 Star, although in my experience it should be -1. I initially made contact with this company on 23rd October 2017 however this was after leaving messages and sending a txt message. I made an appointment for 16th November 2017, they turned up and provided me with a quote which I accepted. On the 17th November 2017 I made an amendment to the quotation which was accepted. I had been told at the time of the quote they would return in two weeks to fit the new handles, hinges and windows. As I had heard nothing, on 15th December 2017 I telephoned and left 3 v-mail messages and followed them up with 2 txt messages. I have also sent 2 follow up txt messages today, 22 December 2017. To date I have not received any response and they NEVER answer the telephone. If they didn't want to complete the work why on earth did they turn up and provide a quote? I'm confused, to say the least, I really believed that a commercial enterprise was to make money by completing the work that they say they will do. I have received no up date as to where the order is up to and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware! M Maher.
