Huge gaps between bath and tiles, wall tiles don't meet the floor, plumbing work was redone by a real building firm afterward as 2 joints caused a leak in my lower room. To top it all started sending my wife inappropriate texts and pictures of his penis. Absalute joke firm. No wonder he's gone bust at least twice before. Lesson here is always do your research and back ground checks before hiring a so called builder.
