Sabah is like most other builders, a lier who cannot keep his word and continues to disappoint customers. We really thought he was a decent builder. Don’t expect any after care, once he has your money you won’t see him at all. So much for the 10 year warranty. The guys that work for him are decent and know what they are doing but I would pay a bit more money and avoid him as you will be frustrated later due to poor to no communication at all. Such a shame as I recommended him to a few people and who also got their lofts done by him a s he messed them about and there were many things that weren’t right about what he did. You have been warned. I would look on trust a trader. Sabah is not on there as he knows the negative feedback he would receive due to his unprofessionalism. He definitely talks the talk and that’s it!!

Mr Sabah is very friendly and look trasworthy but as soon as he got money he diasappear and he is not even answering at the telephone... absolutely to avoid this company.
