Smart Or Shaggy Pet Groomers in Rainham

I will not be returning to this dog groomers, this was my third visit at the groomers. The staff have a rotten attitude!
I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two occasions. When returning on my third visit I asked for a different cut as I had changed my mind and preferred him a little bit longer than his previous cuts, nothing to do with the way they had cut my dog just my own personal preference. When I told the staff my request their backs went straight up with the reply of "well that's how you asked him to be cut before". Yes, ok, I know that but however that rude response was not necessary! I then called prior to picking up my dog and asked if he would be ready early, thinking I would be helping them out! The response was "I told you he's ready for 2:30". I have now come to the conclusion I shouldn't have given them the benefit of the doubt, their attitude really stinks! Unless you enjoy poor customer service, rudeness then by all means this is the dog groomers for you, however I believe customer service plays a strong part in returning customer and building a strong customer base, therefore I will not be returning!!
When I picked up my poor dog who now looks like a skinhead rat not a WESTIE....I got home and called them and their reply was "not our problem, I suggest you find another dog groomers" and hung up. VILE attitude. My mum was so so upset that she then went back to the shop requesting a full refund. Their reply "nothing we can do about it, we don't even like how he's cut, not our problem" and laughed in my mums face and as she walked out the door! They will not give a refund due to "not being their problem" you can see shaving lines in his coat and see his skin through. The manager here is a vile woman! I will be speaking to consumer rights in regards to receiving a full refund due to 0% customer satisfaction.DO NOT take your dog here!
