St. Helens Trailer and Towbars in St. Helens

Do not use this company they fitted a tow bar and but never wired my electrics in the car circuit.
Only found out when hook up caravan to my car. And found the flex in the car boot not connected. We were going holiday. We had to drive without power to caravan so will would not miss ferry, they put me and my family at risk.
Tried to call them lots of time, and they never been back to completed the job that they where paid for. Only a one word for this company COWBOYS. Keep away.

Had to make repeat appointments. Poor customer service and aftercare. Difficult to contact.

Had two tow bars fitted of him job done with no promblems, some one drove into the towbar and he come and checked it and didn, t charge me a penny.

Awful. Made it clear I wanted to tow a trailer, they've fitted me with a seven point pin so I've no side lights or brake light s on the trailer. Were meant to e out two hours ago to fix it, led me on a merry chase, and haven't showed up- won't respond to my calls or texts now. Cowboys, avoid!!

Had towbar fitted to a new Kuga Steve went to Trustford St-Helens job done 1st class very happy even fitted and removed towbar from 1st Kuga would recommend.

Brilliant service came out on a Sunday to complete the job. Took hardly anytime at all was very pleased with the company.

They took my money & I am now on my 5th promise to come & finish the job, still not finished. Very very poor customer service.
