Rascal Babies in Sheffield

Appalling customer service. I had paid £104 for what I thought was a refurb and a new handle cover. Apparently it’s all the same price even if they do half the work. Would have happily paid courier cost to take it somewhere else. Very rude and not pleasant. All could have been resolved by a friendly call instead swearing at my partner.
