The Frostery is a cake shop in Uppermill owned by the highly regarded, award winning cake artist Suzanne Thorp.
The Frostery is a feast of delightful sponge cakes, tarts and tempting slices which can be bought off the shelves & make the perfect edible indulgence or special gift.
Hand made, contemporary birthday, christening and wedding cakes are available to order and are uniquely designed for each customer. These cakes look fabulous but wait until you taste a piece!
The Frostery is located at the top of Court St near the Civic Hall where you are invited to have a look at the beautiful cakes – if you’re lucky there may be some sample cakes for you to try!
At The Frostery we are dedicated to providing consistently good food, professionally produced in small batches. Food that not only looks amazing but tastes great.
We use organic Cumbrian eggs & natural Welsh butter in all our baking which is done on the premises – fresh from the oven direct to the customer.
