Employing 8 members of staff. Located in the industrial and manufacturing heartland of the ex-mining community of South Kirkby. Providing an outsourced IT department to the SME market of the South and West Yorkshire areas.
Services delivered include; Manned helpdesk aligned to ITIL standards with 1st and 2nd line support technicians, project management and consultancy services, IT procurement, public and private hosting solutions, cyber security, disaster recovery, backup, networking and virtualisation. The consulting services consist of the delivery of IT Director, IT Manager and Project Manager services, along with bespoke application consulting.
ISO 9001-2015 certification was achieved in February 2020, followed by Cyber Essentials 2017 certification in August 2020. We are always looking for a better way and how to improve, both internally and for our clients.
