The owner is David Stocks SQHP, GHR(Reg), CNHC, RSM. He helps people who are anxious, depressed, angry, sad, over-weight, jealous and who just can't fix themselves. He has undertaken around 11,500 hours of Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy. The object job is to uncover the CAUSES of the problem and deal with these, rather than simply papering over the problem.
Many people who are suffering KNOW what to do,, but can't seem to know how to do it. Most of David's clients suffer from anxieties, or can't stop snacking or thinking about food, etc. Many have phobias, or IBS or PTSD, or may have problems with relationships.
Many of these clients have been abused, or don't feel they've been treated properly by parents. Quite a lot have suffering within difficult relationships.
We are all affected by our memories. They ideas - the knowledge - stay with us. E.g. a child who felt unloved by her Mum, will try desperately to work out out WHY. Often, the only reason can be that, "I'm not good enough!" This "knowledge" is carried into adult life, so she still won't feel "good enough". David helps clients to re-assess these old memories and DEAL with them.
