DMH Motor Repairs in Witherley, Atherstone

I rang 3-4 times, every single day, for 2 weeks straight, on both his landline and mobile without any answer. I left messages also every day without him calling back once. Eventually I managed to get the guy who works at Stateside Autos next door to walk round and get him on the phone. Sounded stressed and started moaning about how much work he had on-swearing in the process like he knew me-before finally agreeing a date to get my car in for its brakes that I was worried about. On the day I travelled nearly 20 miles to get there before being told (by the chap at Stateside again) that he hadn't come into work without any notice to me. I drove back home and its been nearly a week without any contact even though I've rang every day and left more messages. This guy has no idea about customer service or by the looks of things just common decency. I've been told he's busy doing up an old car for someone and why he never wants to answer the phone. I was also told by someone different not to go near him as he was very un-reliable, but went on recommendations from Stateside Autos. Good job the brakes aren't important...
