Dave Taylor in Ince, Wigan

This is a decorator who turned up and when asked to sand down the paintwork said he didn't have a sander he would have to see if he could borrow one.
We had new untreated wood and all he wanted to use was One Coat, he also said that he would have to increase the cost as he hadn't allowed for preparation. I said I thought undercoating was part of the process, he said I hadn't asked for it so he hadn't quoted! He demanded £60 up front and stupidly I did get a receipt or written estimate. I have asked him to do the decent thing and return the £60 but he refuses to answer.
