Faversham Police Station
I have tried to contact the police tonight about an incident - I have tried to do things on line but because the address of the incident is not on the list I cannot report the incident - the incident occurred at 18 50 this evening the 30th September 2020 - it occurred on the Lakeside Road Faversham on the road leading into the new estate - someone has parked a caravan at the side of the road - a silver Ford Focus was parked up to the caravan - as I walked by there was a very loud bang and the sound of glass shattering - a youth of about 20 years of age came from the caravan and jumped into the car - he shouted as I had obviously stopped to see what was happening - he said he was looking for someone but they weren't at home - there were 3 young men in the car - they drove at speed shouting at me - as I was walking home they returned down the Oare Road going back towards the caravan - a few minutes later they came back again shouting and intimidating me. I was obviously frightened by what had happened and felt sure that they had damaged the caravan and were trying to intimidate me as I was present when it happened. The registration of the car began with AO08 - I am sorry I did not catch the rest of it - the young man was white, tall and dressed in a light grey tracksuit.
My review is that it is impossible to report a crime as things stand and I am highly frustrated by your system - I have tried ringing and am given the same advice - to do things on line - which I can't! My review is unfortunately negative.
