I am a taxi driver in Plymouth devon. I did use these car washes a lot until wed 8. 6.16. 11. 45 am I went in the car wash in transit way Plymouth devon this is run by a mike Bellingham I was on the last stage off the wash when the large brushes ripped my taxi sign right off [steel bracket bent] the staff did press the stop button quick as there was a lot of noise from the roof of my cab, I come out the other side, parked up went in to the office filled in a incident form lad at the wash was great, took my number and said m, Bellingham would call me, four hours went by no call so went back to car wash and told a staff member as I am a taxi driver I would not be aloud to work as my tout light [roof sign] was missing and our council could pull me off the road. He said I will call boss again, I left. Next day I waited till 2, 27 pm still no call from boss, again I drove back to wash spoke to staff again said they would ring him, I left this time I rang number on the top off incident spoke to a very rude woman who said its nothing to do with us, and hung up on me after I told her I have recorded the conversation will never use the firm again and will inform all taxi drivers, and will post on as many social networks as I can many thanks m Bellingham, site no 1546, please note had to press a star rating to proceed,,, no stars.
