Church Garage in Chesham

Wanted to buy this 2002 left hand drive French registered Mercedes E Class 270 cdi estate to drive to Romania and re-register there. After test drive on the Saturday paid deposit and was promised car would be tested on Monday and delivered to us on Tuesday. Called on Tuesday and was told MOT test was still to be done. Called later in week and was told that the driver was away in Spain. Tried to call the following Saturday and the phone is not being answered. No car delivered so now I just want deposit back but can’t get in touch.
