Arranged to have linoleum fitted to bathroom and waited for Graham to arrive in the morning as promised. Called at lunchtime to find what the cause of delay was to be advised he was "not going to make it today - I was going to call you". Really? Well you've had 4 hours in which to do so thus far and didn't bother. Total waste of my time and effort staying up late overnight to get the room prepared and too late to arrange an alternative fitter before the next stages of the bathroom installation were due to be done. Unimpressive.
