Cadre Components Ltd in Haydock, St. Helens

Awful service, incredibly difficult to get hold of if you have any sort of issue, actually went to the office and was left standing ringing a doorbell for 10 minutes before giving it up. I visited within office hours and there were cars in the car park so I'm certain they were in and just ignore the door in a similar way they do with the phone to avoid unsatisfied customers.

When I did eventually manage to get hold of someone, they refused to refund or exchange the faulty product they had sold me and implied it was my fault it didn't work
