Avoid, avoid dry cleaning there! After waiting nearly 2 weeks for my blazer, I got it back completely ruined. It was beautiful cream Ralph Lauren blazer, got it back completely different color, with lots of marks on it! Completely devastated, complied straight away, being told back to send it back again to 3rd cleaning which of course I did not do- my blazer is damaged enough. Prying now that Timpsons will be able to get rid of some of the marks so would be able at least to wear it again :(
